Amrita’s family moved to the Pharping area as they were affected by the decade long civil unrest. Although her father works as goldsmith, his income can barely support the needs of the family. With the limited income of the family, they faced difficulties in supporting her education.
As a Rukmini Scholar, Amrita dreams of becoming a doctor one day. In order to fulfill her dream, she is currently studying in Pharping Higher Secondary School.
